Community Guidelines

Last updated May 11, 2026

Be Professional

TakeOne is a professional casting platform. Every interaction - messages, applications, and public content - must meet the standards you would expect in a professional industry context. Casting calls and profiles should accurately represent the opportunity or person being described.

Respect All Members

Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abuse toward other members is strictly prohibited. This includes messages, profile content, and any off-platform contact that originates on TakeOne. Treat every actor, director, and production house with dignity.

Authentic Content Only

Do not impersonate another person, create fake profiles, or post misleading information. Casting calls must represent genuine opportunities. Using AI-generated or stolen images as your profile photo or portfolio is not permitted.

No Exploitation

TakeOne does not tolerate the posting of exploitative, fraudulent, or illegal casting calls. Roles that require nudity or intimate scenes must be clearly marked and comply with all applicable laws. Directors and houses must not solicit fees from actors in exchange for roles.

Protect Privacy

Do not share other members' personal information - phone numbers, addresses, or any contact details - outside the platform without their explicit consent. Actors choose which contact details are shared; that choice must be respected.

Intellectual Property

All gallery images and reels are watermarked and remain the property of the respective talent. Downloading, reproducing, or distributing another member's content without permission is a violation of these guidelines and may result in legal action.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban - depending on severity. Repeat or egregious violations are escalated immediately. If you witness a violation, use the report feature or contact us at support@jointake.one.

These guidelines supplement our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
